Both involve a motor boat and being pulled! Wakeboarding is a combination of water skiing, snowboarding and surfing. The only difference is the use of a board rather than skis. The entire concept of creating a wake from the motor boat to surf the same from surfing. Since both activities are included in your package - do both!
